Our amazing Member Experience associates are here and ready to help! There are a few different options for getting in touch with our team:

Email us directly at [support@learnwithhomer.com](mailto:support@learnwithhomer.com). 

Click the "Contact Us" button located at the bottom of the screen throughout the HOMER website.

Contact us through the HOMER app. 

1\. When using the app, tap on the "Grown Ups" button in the top left corner.

2\. Enter your birth year to bypass the parent gate. 

3\. Scroll down to select "Contact Member Experience." 


Supporting our members is our top priority! Our Member Experience Team is available Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST and will get back to you as soon as possible during these hours.
